Jeffrey P. Mastro, Sales Manager, Albany, NY & Buffalo, NY
Jeffrey P. Mastro, Vice-President and Northeast Sales Manager, has been with M&T Bank for eight years. He’s responsible for Wholesale account executives covering New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. He’s been in the mortgage business since 1984 – nine years as a loan offer and 14 years in Wholesale, with a concentration in niche lending programs. Jeffrey’s sales focus has always been on helping clients build their business, using construction, renovation, FHA and other value-added programs.

Julie Slack, Sales Manager, Lancaster, PA
Julie joined M&T Mortgage, bringing extensive construction experience, which made her a perfect fit for M&T's construction and renovation specialty.  Julie has been the top producer for the past 5 years within the National Construction Wholesale Division.  She strives to provide superior customer service and continues to grow in her knowledge of renovation and government lending.  In 2005, Julie became the Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager.  Her team consists of 3 Account Executives and 1 Inside Account Executive.  The territory includes PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA and WV.
